Off to Montmartre and the Sacre CoureToday we explored Monmartre and hiked up to the Sacre Coure which was the haunt of artistic geniuses such as Van Gogh, Picasso and Renoir a century ago. Of course, the day we are expecting to have a beautiful view of Paris from the Sacre Coure ends up to be foggy and of course no breaktaking views of Paris. But weather doesn't stop us and there are plenty of sights along the way: the Moulin Rouge, "I love You" wall, statue of the headless St. Denis, the artists at Montmartre (whew, the prices were pretty high) and the Sacre Coure. It was a bit cool today but lots of good sights... and a chance to take our group photo at the "I Love You" wall (see below)!
